Apple pie sounds wonderful and calls for a cornmeal crust. But no recipe given for the crust which is what makes this pie sound intriguing.Bread pudding, a personal favorite, calls for a Toasted pecan sauce. I'm sure would be the perfect topping, but again, no recipe given.
I would have given this five stars except for the frustration of these omissions.
But otherwise, nice assortment of savory, main courses, as well as sweets. Pork chops, cabbage, and Apple's! Yum!
